swift: Silence warning if BLE power off on iOS

When advertising starts using the corebluetooth BLE plugin on iOS
(which happens at syncbase app boot), if the power is off then a
system UI warning will popup. This CL silences that warning.

Closes: vanadium/issues#1405

Vanadium

This repository contains a reference implementation of the Vanadium APIs.

Unlike the APIs in https://github.com/vanadium/go.v23, which promises to provide backward compatibility this repository makes no such promises.
