Merge "x/ref/syncbase: vom encode/decode byte values coming from Dart API. We have been putting invalid bytes in syncbase so far since Syncbase assumes all values are encoded VOM bytes."
This repository contains a reference implementation of the Vanadium APIs.
Unlike the APIs in https://github.com/vanadium/go.v23, which promises to provide backward compatibility this repository makes no such promises.
