{veyron,veyron2}: moving the store code out the main repository
The build and Go tests pass on Linux.
Minor refactoring still needed to remove the remaining dependencies on
store, but would like to get this big CL in first to unblock folks.
Once this CL is submitted, I will modify the manifest to surface the
roadmap.go.store repository under: $VEYRON_ROOT/roadmap/go/src/veyron.io/store
