veyron/services/mgmt/node/impl: node manager to pass NAMESPACE_ROOT to apps Until we run a mounttable with the node, use the node's namespace roots and pass these to the apps started by the node manager. Change-Id: Idde3175b5b1c2af28a3a3c5c96a4a119607b495d
