flow/protocols: Introduce bidi protocol.

Introduce bidi protocol so that bidirectional rpcs that fail due
to a remote end's routing id not being present in the local end's
cache gives a nice error.

This repository contains a reference implementation of the Vanadium APIs.

Unlike the APIs in https://github.com/vanadium/go.v23, which promises to provide backward compatibility this repository makes no such promises.
