veyron.io/veyron/veyron/profiles: Add build tag for platform_nacl.go file. Change-Id: I0963e93f445052471868bc7dedffd51028c8556a Explanation: Go android build uses 1.2.2 go compiler (because it requires custom patches which haven't yet been released for 1.3), which doesn't understand the _nacl extension, and fails the build.
