go/src/veyron/runtimes/google/testing/concurrency: adding support for systematic testing of RWMutexes This CL adss support for systematic testing of Go's RWMutexes and improves the mechanism used for testing the implementation. Change-Id: Iea30c6639f923b1820cab3edd8d1d6db556531c9
