services/interna/fs: convert simplestore to VOM Simplestore currently serializes its output to GOB format. This CL updates it to use VOM encoding including the capability of converting existing GOB-encoded files to VOM format. Change-Id: I0e7139934a9d9aba12b6ea2ca75f01dd4c4a092f
