rpc/stream: Make the vc_cache keyed by rid as well.

This means that endpoints to the same server but with different
network interfaces will use the first connection successfully
made to the server.

Vanadium

This repository contains a reference implementation of the Vanadium APIs.

Unlike the APIs in https://github.com/vanadium/go.v23, which promises to provide backward compatibility this repository makes no such promises.
