veyron/examples/pipetobrowser: Implementing "Stop Service" functionality. Stop service allows the user to stop publishing P2B service. It currently shows up as a red button in the Status page. Implementing this service now that Veyron API supports it. Change-Id: I21d5ea17e8fe6957d24784b561a4678ccbfd0a61
