services/device: make device manager work on Brillo

Changes include:
- adding android profile
- setting the path to the shell and date command
- making suidhelper work even though user.Current doesn't work on Go android

Vanadium

This repository contains a reference implementation of the Vanadium APIs.

Unlike the APIs in https://github.com/vanadium/go.v23, which promises to provide backward compatibility this repository makes no such promises.
