mounttablelib: change neighborhood to try a more unique name if the
original name results in a collision.

Also, semantic change.   Any empty host name used to be replaced by MDNS
to a unique name.  Now an empty host naem means anonymous.

Vanadium

This repository contains a reference implementation of the Vanadium APIs.

Unlike the APIs in https://github.com/vanadium/go.v23, which promises to provide backward compatibility this repository makes no such promises.
