ref: Change type Profiles to RuntimeFactory.
This change does the following:
(1) Profiles -> RuntimeFactory
(2) RegisterProfile -> RegisterRuntimeFactory
(3) change remaining package profiles in v.io/x/ref
to runtime/generic.
closes vanadium/issues#470
