veyron/runtimes/google/ipc: fix full_test (which was using the now deleted simple mounttable implementation) by defining an even simpler implementation solely for the use of this unit test. While we're at it, clean up the createClientAndServer utility method a bit by grouping the objects it sets up into a bundle. Change-Id: I6ff7404308d067055462cd63e665eefe389341cf
