ref: Fix servicerunner, which was broken by http://v.io/c/11422

FYI there's a tricky interaction between modules and cmdline,
I'll open a separate bug to look into that.

Vanadium

This repository contains a reference implementation of the Vanadium APIs.

Unlike the APIs in https://github.com/vanadium/go.v23, which promises to provide backward compatibility this repository makes no such promises.
