ref/lib/apilog: include the file:line # in the msg, add a unit test

- see the package comment for an explanation of the overlooked
  difference between this new package and vlog.LogCall - i.e.
  the log header no longer includes the api callsite, rather it
  includes the callsite in this package.

Vanadium

This repository contains a reference implementation of the Vanadium APIs.

Unlike the APIs in https://github.com/vanadium/go.v23, which promises to provide backward compatibility this repository makes no such promises.
