veyron/runtimes/google/rt: adjust timeout for callback RPC to device manager Increase the rpc deadline from 10 sec to 1 minute (chose 1 minute since that seems to be used elsewhere in the codebase). The relative small value for this timeout is suspected to be causing flakiness in the device manager impl test when run with --race. Change-Id: Ie2206ca86a2b3a6a328ed68241b7242a8734c899
