veyron/runtimes/google/vsync: * Track delete mutations from store while maintaining unique version numbers in the DAG for delete records. * Update testfiles and tests to not use NoVersion (i.e. 0) as a valid version number. Change-Id: I668f933679feb52e464c61f8c61ac0e2096d8674
