veyron/services/mgmt/binary/binaryd/test.sh: use dynamic HTTP port. Building on https://veyron-review.googlesource.com/#/c/6539/, this change greps the address of the HTTP server from the log and uses that instead of assuming a hardcoded address. Also depends on https://veyron-review.googlesource.com/#/c/6541/ for access to the server's log. Change-Id: Id3fa9f35869109dcdaca6da85d6b6004c423d671
