services/device/internal/impl: shard device unit tests (2) This is CL 2 of n to shard device manager unit tests into multiple files and packages to permit concurrent test execution. This repository contains a reference implementation of the Vanadium APIs.
Unlike the APIs in https://github.com/vanadium/go.v23, which promises to provide backward compatibility this repository makes no such promises.
