v.io/wspr: Releasing lock before returning. This was the root cause of flakyness in JStest. Issues was a cancel call was arriving for a stream and flow was cleaned up but there was more data in the stream pipe which arrives causing the "unknown stream case" which was not releasing therefor making all other flows hang.
