veyron/services/mgmt/node/impl: make the directory name that the test sets up for the node manager unique across runs; and persist it if the test fails. This avoids tests run in parallel from clobbering each other, and it also enables us to debug failed tests by examining the node's workspace (which in particular contains logs for all the apps).
