ref/runtime/interal/rpc: Implement enough to run the benchmarks with the
new client and server.

This forced me to at least temporarily make the namespace and flow manager
args to NewXClient explicit.

This repository contains a reference implementation of the Vanadium APIs.

Unlike the APIs in https://github.com/vanadium/go.v23, which promises to provide backward compatibility this repository makes no such promises.
