veyron/services/mgmt: Simplify many of the Glob implementations This should be the last of a series of changes that add a simple interface for objects to participate in the namespace. This change actually changes many of the Glob implementations to use the simpler interface. Servers like mounttabled and stored still implement the Globbable interface.
