veyron/services/mgmt/node/impl: implement Revert, and add corresponding test logic. As part of implementing Revert, this change adds the 'previous' link to each app version, which points back to the predecessor version. Change-Id: I25840d84a3bfbf61ef896202227c28305d206a88
