veyron/: Split out the recv and send portion of the stream into sub interfaces so we don't have naming confusion when both sets of methods are on the RPC. The RPC have RecvStream or SendStream methods for the recv or send portion of the stream. This also includes a few naming changes in the API. Change-Id: I7e9dd6c4b7dbcae827dad8d7d839ec7d58f4a81f
