veyron2/security: Add ContextParams.Copy and LabelFromMethodTags. These will be used in an upcoming change for our new signature support. Also changed Context / ContextParams to favor Suffix rather than Name, and updated TODO to get rid of Name. We have a related TODO in ipc, and suffix is less confusable than name.
