services/device/device/publish.go: specifiable envelope name

Allow an envelope name to be provided explicitly for each binary
being published. This is useful when a single binary is being run
with multiple envelopes.

Vanadium

This repository contains a reference implementation of the Vanadium APIs.

Unlike the APIs in https://github.com/vanadium/go.v23, which promises to provide backward compatibility this repository makes no such promises.
