ref/services/mounttable/mounttablelib: Move to the new xrpc interface. I'm not entirely sure what the purpose of the multiple addresses sent to NewLoopbackNeighborhoodDispatcher is in this test. They were pointing to the neighborhood server, but that's not what happens in real mounttables. I changed them to point to a different mounttable and it seems to work. Please advise.
