veyron/services/store/viewer: Fix up viewer code and mdb templates. Various changes, including the just-submitted go/vcl/3881, have worn down on the viewer and mdb example to the point of effective brokenness. This CL fixes various issues, restoring the viewer and mdb example to full health. Change-Id: I814fc99671fe8bd3a3d8eab2989304c6cd7c7739
