services/syncbased/mojo: Adding ack to our observer pattern for watch
to enable flow control.

In this pattern, server waits for client to ack after sending
a change before sending the next.

Since mojo_impl controls the stream, we simply block the send call
until we receive ack from client.

Vanadium

This repository contains a reference implementation of the Vanadium APIs.

Unlike the APIs in https://github.com/vanadium/go.v23, which promises to provide backward compatibility this repository makes no such promises.
