services/agent/agentd: remove agentd

Most of the test cases in agent_v23_test.go have been (or are in the
process of) being migrated to other integration tests.  The last
remaining one is the pingpong test, which is hereby moved to
v23agentd/v23_test.go.

Vanadium

This repository contains a reference implementation of the Vanadium APIs.

Unlike the APIs in https://github.com/vanadium/go.v23, which promises to provide backward compatibility this repository makes no such promises.
