ref: Allow open messages to carry a payload so we don't have to
send two messages at the start of a flow.

This speeds up the single RPC latency between 1.5% and 9%.

Vanadium

This repository contains a reference implementation of the Vanadium APIs.

Unlike the APIs in https://github.com/vanadium/go.v23, which promises to provide backward compatibility this repository makes no such promises.
