veyron/runtimes/google/ipc/stream: Support for the new security model primitives.
This commit updates all packages (except the proxy) within veyron/runtimes/google/ipc/stream
so that they support the new security primitives (security.Principal etc.).
This is step 1 of many to completely remove the old primitives.
All tests have been updated to only test the new primitives (i.e., they assume that
the old primitives are already gone), except the proxy package, which will be done
later.
