veyron2,veyron/examples/unresolve: Fix broken TestUnresolve. Background: - Change https://veyron-review.googlesource.com/#/c/3382/ removed handling of the Runtime as a BindOpt. - However, there was one user left for it: the unresolve example test - Remove that user and thus the need for RuntimeOpt.
