veryon/examples/pipetobrowser: Adding new feature that allows one to redirect a pipe
from the pipe viewer tab to any other PipeToBrowser service using its veyron name.
With this new feature, each pipe tab has a "redirect" action that lets the user
redirect the pipe to any other P2B instance. User can chose to redirect existing
data plus new data or just new data.
This effectively makes the P2B browser app both a P2B client and a server.
Also includes in this CL is a change of name from google/p2b/[name] to
google/[name]/p2b . This is workaround for cl/2644 which made changed that
WSPR does not fully support yet. This will be reverted once WSPR supports
the cl/2644. These changes are tagged with TODO(aghassemi) publish-issue
