ref: Added lame duck timeout option

The lameduck timeout can now be passed ino on server construction to
override the default 5 seconds that we wait to finish any outstanding
server operations when the server shuts down.

Vanadium

This repository contains a reference implementation of the Vanadium APIs.

Unlike the APIs in https://github.com/vanadium/go.v23, which promises to provide backward compatibility this repository makes no such promises.
