veyron2/services/mgmt/... -Application envelopes store publisher blessings and a signature of the hash of the binary it points to on the binary server. -Upload now generates a signature of the uploaded binary hash with the publisher principal. -Install verifies the signature of the downloaded binary if the envelope has a publisher principal.
