runtime/internal/flow/manager: Enable bidirectional rpc through
ListeningEndpoints.

If the flow manager is not listening a default endpiont with just
the RoutingID will be returned from ListeningEndpoints for use
in bidirectional RPC.

Vanadium

This repository contains a reference implementation of the Vanadium APIs.

Unlike the APIs in https://github.com/vanadium/go.v23, which promises to provide backward compatibility this repository makes no such promises.
