veyron/runtimes/google/vsync: Support conflict resolution via blessings. Blessings are captured by adding dag links. So we also provide a new type of log record (LinkRec) to communicate link addition. Change-Id: I1c4c6d8da7155df9a245a53e58f5d4f11659e1d6
