veyron/tools/mgmt/vsh: introducing vsh, a security-agent shell wrapper The idea is to use vsh to launch a veyron session, using an agent-backed principal for all commands. Change-Id: I98b65ff45de2f056b2dd83daa58cc97b8788a088
