veyron/examples/rockpaperscissors: Add debug server Use the debug server dispatcher to serve logs and stats. This provide a simple way to test the namespace browser until the debug server is integrated with the runtime. Change-Id: I9f31551a15effa4a57e6a2c56b86fb52f3bc78bd
