veyron/services/mgmt/device/impl: rename node->device, cl 5 of N (go/vissue/496) Rename "nm" to "dm" everywhere. This affects comments, identifiers, workspace files and dirs, and env variable names. One exception: for the dispatch suffix in the device manager implementation that calls the device service, we rename "nm" to "device" (so <name>/nm.Method now becomes <name>/device.Method).
