"veyron/security/wsprd": Update WSPR Controller Updated the WSPR Controller (and other related objects) to support the new security model. With this change WSPR should be capable of handling both the old and new security models. The next step is to change the JS code. Change-Id: I4970930b6ebc4797e36f9a1fe2a85826be95f6f3
