services/device/internal/impl/instance_reaping: add daemon restart This CL extends daemon mode with the ability to restart apps in daemon configuration when the device manager restarts (say as a result of a crash of the managed device.) Change-Id: Ica05a3925043cbcb9383ee49146e83c2ad4028b4
This repository contains a reference implementation of the Vanadium APIs.
Unlike the APIs in https://github.com/vanadium/go.v23, which promises to provide backward compatibility this repository makes no such promises.
