ref/runtime/internal/rpc: Use the correct definition of blessings for peer.

Todd and I had a commit race which resulted in a compile error sneaking in.
This fixes xclient to use the new definition.

Vanadium

This repository contains a reference implementation of the Vanadium APIs.

Unlike the APIs in https://github.com/vanadium/go.v23, which promises to provide backward compatibility this repository makes no such promises.
