v.io/syncbase/services/syncbase/localblobstore/fs_cablobstore: A blob store implementation. Introduce a local blob store implementation. This implementation, fs_cablobstore, uses a local file system to store content-addressed fragments, and blobs are composed of sequences of such fragments..
