"veyron/services/wsprd/wspr": Expect security.WireBlessings from blessing server According to the blessings service's VDL, the return type of the Blessings obtained from BlessUsingAccessToken is security.WireBlessings. This CL changes the relevant WSPR code to expect the return type to be security.WireBlessings instead of vdutil.Any. Change-Id: Id58ab6849bf838dd969dfdc3fd1664eaf197e21c
