Adding remote inspection to Baku toolkit Integrating the changes made in https://vanadium-review.googlesource.com/#/c/20370/ with the Baku Toolkit debug menu. The new dialog warrants a second design pass (e.g. using a switch instead of a button for Enable/Disable), but this is a functional first pass.
