projects/moments: Demonstrate remote inspection. This patch hooks the moments application with the remote process inspection library introduced in https://vanadium-review.googlesource.com//#/c/20283/ The "UI" for triggerring this is shaking the app vigorously. Arguably, this isn't the best way to do so, but anyway, this is just a sample. Change-Id: I244dfd17b35dc5084a135ce16a508accb0228922
